Description
What if you observed the moon differently?
With its light background, the Oyster moon phase clock plays with inverted contrasts. Here, the dial is white and the phases appear in reverse, like an upside-down lunar sky. This bold graphic choice invites a bit of visual and mental gymnastics, offering a fresh perspective on the moon’s cycle. This elegant model is handmade in our workshop in Hossegor. It displays the lunar phases using a central black hand and a silent, battery-powered mechanism. The ticking hand moves forward once per minute, quietly marking the passage of time.
Customizable, this wall clock can include a personal inscription beneath the dial. Now available, the Oyster clock stands out as a graphic, calming, and truly unique object.

Materials & Manufacturing
The Oyster clock is hand-assembled in our workshop on the Landes coast. Its clean, inverted design captivates with its modernity and visual softness.
A light dial that challenges your perspective
Unlike the other models in the collection, the Oyster dial features a bright white background on which the moon’s dark phases appear. This visual reversal encourages a new way of seeing, inviting you to observe absence as much as presence. The central black hand points to the moon’s current phase, moving slowly and steadily day by day. This peaceful rhythm can accompany your personal rituals, whether gardening, sleeping, spiritual practices, or recharging crystals.
A pure and contemporary design
The combination of a white background, natural beech wood, and fine illustrations creates a luminous, almost meditative wall piece. Perfect in a Scandinavian, contemporary, or minimalist interior, it draws the eye without overwhelming the space.Around the dial, small wave symbols represent the tidal cycle. Several waves indicate strong tidal coefficients, while a single wave marks calmer periods. This subtle detail is a nod to the marine world that inspires our workshop.
Natural and responsible materials
The frame is made of beech wood, known for its strength and warmth. The dial is protected by a mineral glass cover. The central piece, which holds the ticking hand, is made in our workshop from corn starch, a bio-based, lightweight, matte material that reflects our values. Thanks to its integrated hanging system, the Oyster clock is easy to mount with a single screw.
Local and customizable craftsmanship
The Oyster moon phase clock can be personalized with a discreet inscription beneath the dial, such as a name, date, or meaningful word. Whether given as a symbolic gift or used to mark a special moment, it becomes a deeply personal and decorative object.Handcrafted in France, in our workshop in Hossegor, it combines design, emotion, and durability.
More than just an elegant wall piece, Oyster is an invitation to slow down, to see the sky from a different angle, and to reconnect with natural rhythms through a reversed design that is as surprising as it is poetic.
