The exterior of the building is beautiful, and the interior is perfectly designed with a lovely presentation of the products. A real highlight is being able to see the manufacturing process through the glass partitions. As for the staff, nothing to say but positive things, friendly, attentive, and absolutely flawless. We had been wanting to purchase one of these beautiful clocks for quite some time, to be able to follow the tides. That’s why we stepped into this lovely boutique workshop where they are made. The welcome was warm, and the young woman who assisted us was very clear in her explanations and gave us excellent advice. The products, clocks, paddles, marine-inspired decor, are not only locally made but also high quality. Everything is carefully crafted, right down to the packaging. It’s also possible to personalize the clock hands, which is a wonderful touch. Highly recommended for all ocean lovers and for anyone wanting to keep a beautiful memory of their time in the Landes region. I was given a tide clock three years ago and it still works perfectly. This year, I ordered a barometer which unfortunately arrived with a crack in the wooden frame. I received an immediate response from customer service, and the exchange was approved as soon as I sent a photo. I returned the barometer directly to the store and received a wonderful welcome.
