Like all Ocean Clock creations, the Marine clock is assembled by hand in our workshop in Hossegor, in southwestern France. The frame is made of laminated beechwood, carefully shaped and sanded with no paint. A clear matte varnish protects the wood while preserving its natural grain and tone.
Each laminated wood piece is unique. Knots, shades, and wood grain may vary slightly from one clock to another, making each one a singular piece.
The clock features a silent quartz movement with no ticking, powered by one AA battery (not included). It can be easily hung on the wall using the integrated mounting system.
