Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email that will reassure you that we have indeed taken your order into account. This confirmation will indicate the details of your purchases as well as the delivery terms and conditions. If you have not received this email, please check your spam.  

Your Ocean Clock will be made and dispatched the day after your order (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email at this time.

You cannot modify your order from your customer account. We invite you to contact us as soon as possible about your order, by email or by telephone.
We process orders within 24 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Our clocks are made to order.
If your clock has not yet been made, we will cancel your order and reimburse you within 24 hours.
If your clock has been dispatched, you have a legal limit of 14 days from receipt of the merchandise to alert us of your intention to return the product.

You are able to personalise the hand of your clock when you place the order. Enter the name of your favourite place, a beach or even the name of your house, while respecting the 19-character limit (including spaces).

Please note that this is a purely aesthetic and personal element. This element will have nothing to do with the workings of the clock.

You not sure which model of clock to choose ? You can order online a sample kit of our different clock faces. This will allow you to visualise the different colours on your walls, and help you choose your model of clock.
Please note that this €5 kit will be deducted from your purchase when you place an order for a clock on our online site, using the reimbursement code included in the kit.

Is it possible to get it gift wrapped?
We offer beautiful clock-adapted gift bags.
The bag will be delivered to you flat in the parcel.
The "gift wrap" option will be available at the end of the order process, and will cost €2.

We deliver our clocks to all countries!
Please note that customs tarrifs may be applied by the carrier (payable by the customer) for delivery to countries outside the European Union, such as the USA and New Zealand.

Deliverys are made within 48-72 hours from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays. Your order will be sent to the delivery address indicated on the order form. In case of absence upon delivery, a delivery notice will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Parcels are kept at the post office for 15 calendar days. Proof of identiy is required for you to collect your parcel. If the parcel is not picked up within the time specified by the carrier, the product will be returned to us.

Colissimo Point retrait (Pick-up point):
Delivert to a pick-up point from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays. You can choose the closest pick-up point to you. You will be alerted by email when your parcel is ready for collection from the pick-up point. Proof of identiy is required for you to collect your parcel. Parcels are kept at pick-up points for 10 calendar days.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Proof of identiy is required for you to collect your parcel. If the parcel is not picked up within the time specified by the carrier, the product will be returned to us.

Customs charges may be applied (payable by the customer) on deliveries outside of the European Union.

Your Ocean Clock is made and sent the day after your order (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). You will receive an email with your order tracking number when your order has been sent.

My parcel has been lost:
Please contact our customer services by email or telephone so that we can send an investigation request to La Poste (Post Office). We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered successfully.

Please contact us by email or telephone the same day before midday so that we can send your clock by Chronopost. This option is not available online. It is Ocean Clock's responsibility to validate the conditions of this service.

Ocean Clock offers different methods of payment: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Ocean Clock also accepts payment using Paypal, single-use credit cards and bank transfer.
We also accept payment by cheque on request for an amount not exceeding €80. To do this, please contact us by email or telephone.

We take the security of online payments very seriously. Your bank details are protected. Transactions are carried out using our partner PAYPLUG. We never possess your information, and your payment is completely secure.

Ensure you have your gift card with you. When you are placing your order, enter the code that appears on your gift card and the amount will be deducted from your basket.

Your receipt will be available in your customer account. All you need to do is click on your order and download the receipt. Please don't hesitate to contact us if any changes need to be made.

Has you clock suffered a bump during delivery and now the mechanism doesn't work properly?
Please inform us of this by contacting customer services by email or by telephone.

We will send you a return voucher and change the mechanism when we receive the clock.

Please note that a precise adjustment is essential for the clock to work correctly.
It is recommended to recalibrate your clock only on equinox days (September and March), and not continually, as this can disrupt the workings.
To check your mechanism, record the amount of time it takes for the hand to complete a full rotation.
With this figure, we will know if the mechanism is precise or not.
If you notice it is too slow, please inform us by contacting customer services by email or telephone. 

A full rotation should be completed in 12 hours and 25 minutes.
If this is not the case, the mechanism is defective. We will therefore exchange it.

We will send you a return voucher and change the mechanism when we receive the clock.

We will repair your clock even though your guarantee has expired. You will have to contribute delivery costs (of up to €10 for mainland France). 
To do this, please make a request by contacting customer services by email or telephone. We will send you a return voucher, make the repairs and then send you back the clock.
